BUFI is operated by Fantasmita, LLC and is a financial operations layer, not a bank.
Developers and agents can read the public documentation to understand the available endpoints, authentication requirements, and integration boundaries before calling a service. The OpenAPI document describes the published API contract. Account and workspace access require the authorization described in the documentation; public discovery does not grant access to financial records or permission to move money.
