Product questions and support
For questions about BUFI, its financial workspaces, or evaluating the product for your team, email hello@bu.finance. For help with an existing account or a workflow, email support@bu.finance. Explain what you were trying to do, the page or feature involved, and any error message. Where relevant, include the reference for the invoice or transaction so the support team can identify the issue. Do not send passwords, one-time sign-in codes, private keys, seed phrases, or full card details by email.
Privacy and account requests
Fantasmita, LLC operates BUFI. The published Privacy Policy directs requests about personal data to hello@bu.finance and describes the verification needed to handle them. Use the account deletion page to review the account closure process and request deletion. Closing an account does not automatically remove records a workspace or applicable law requires us to retain. The Help Center includes product guidance and the current legal documents, including the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Notice.
